During warmer months, we must ship your chocolates in coolers with ice packs to preserve texture and taste.
We charge $5 for the extra care, but we waive the fee when cooler weather allows for standard packaging.

The amount of chocolate on the pretzels is more than any other comparable one. Well worth it.

Milk Chocolate Dutch Pretzels
The chocolate and pretzels are excellent but due to shipping one or two of the pretzels arrived with the chocolate knocked off. These were purchased as a gift, so I was somewhat disappointed. They were sent in bubble wrap, so aside from trying a thicker wrapping, I am not certain what could be done to improve.
