How Do We Ensure Your Chocolates Won’t Melt Before They Reach You?
During warmer months, we must ship your chocolates in coolers with ice packs to preserve texture and taste.
We charge $5 for the extra care, but we waive the fee when cooler weather allows for standard packaging.

So I recently put eating sugar first month was very hard now in my third month I'm adjusting. These sugar-free assortments or surprisingly tasty. Perhaps not the normal so to speak however these are worth buying I'm glad I did!
