About Coblentz Chocolates
It’s been three decades since Jason and Mary Coblentz started Coblentz Chocolates out of their own kitchen in spring 1987. A lot has changed in that time, but their dedication to satisfying customers who crave premium chocolates, caramels and other confections has only grown.
Chocolate-lovers crave quality, and that's an element Coblentz has emphasized since their beginning. Fresh, local cream and butter are used in their confections, as well as a high percent cocoa butter, which sets them apart from other chocolatiers. You can see these premium ingredients in action from the viewing gallery in our retail location. When you come to visit, you'll be able to see our artisans hand dipping chocolates inside our sparkling clean production facility.

Jason and Mary Coblentz started Coblentz Chocolates in 1987 with a dream of making quality premium chocolates. While much has changed three decades later, the commitment to quality handcrafted chocolates is at the center of our success. Our retail store is a charming Victorian home in Walnut Creek, Ohio.
