During warm weather months, chocolates must be shipped with ice packs and coolers for a $5 handling fee. If your area is not experiencing warm temperatures, the $5 handling fee will be waived.

Every other company would have just thrown their candy in a box and the shipment would have arrived melted and uneatable (I know from experience).
