How do we ensure your chocolate won't melt during the shipping process?

During warm weather months, chocolates must be shipped with ice packs and coolers for a $5 handling fee. If your area is not experiencing warm temperatures, the $5 handling fee will be waived.

    There was not any indication of what the contents were. I thought the shell was rather thick which made the contents less. I will probably order something different next time.

    We have always been please with Coblentz chocolates. I ordered late in the day & they were on their way to my stepdaughter the next day - that is fast/good service. She is a true chocoholic & loved her little surprise.
