Order Status:
Order status may be checked by logging in to "My Account" or by contacting us by Tel: 330-893-2995. Please include your shopping cart generated invoice tracking number.
Canceling an Order:
We cannot cancel an order once it has been shipped. Back orders may be cancelled by contacting us by Tel: 330-893-2995.
Payment:
CoblentzChocolates.com accepts Visa, Master Card and Discover. Please submit the correct billing address for the credit card to help us prevent fraud. If an incorrect billing address is submitted we will refuse shipment. Your credit card will not be charged until the day of shipment. CoblentzChocolates.com also accepts money orders, but no personal checks.
Order Policy:
The confirmation of an order by e-mail or any other type of electronic confirmation does not constitute CoblentzChocolates.com's acceptance of the order. CoblentzChocolates.com has the right to refuse shipment without any prior notification.
Return Policy:
No returns without prior authorization. Damaged items must be reported to carrier upon receipt. All returns subject to a 20% restocking fee. Shipping charges on returned items will be assumed by the purchaser.
